We ship across India and strive to deliver your order as fast as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, etc.), processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
- Paid Shipping on all orders (pan-India).
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or will be told clearly after recieving order.
3. Delivery Timeline (After Dispatch)
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days
- Other major cities & towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote / hilly areas / North-East / Islands: 7–12 business days
Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier partner or external factors.
4. Shipping Partners
We ship via:
- Delhivery
- Ecom Express
- DTDC
- India Post (for remote areas)
You will receive a tracking link via SMS + Email within 48 hours of dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it here: Track Your Order (link this to your tracking page or use a free app like AfterShip)
6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally. We only deliver within India.
7. What If My Order Is Delayed?
- If your order is not delivered within 10 business days (excluding remote areas), please contact us at ciarenterprises@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will investigate and either refund or reship the order.
8. Address Changes & Cancellations
- You can change or cancel your order only within 2 hours of placing it.
- After that, we cannot modify the shipping address.
9. Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return a product, you must pay return shipping (unless the product is defective or we made a mistake).
