We follow a strict No Return Policy. Please read this carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges After Delivery

Once your order has been delivered to the customer (or the address provided at checkout), we do not accept any kind of returns, exchanges, or refunds — under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size / colour / style selected by customer
  • Product not as expected
  • Any other reason

All sales are final after successful delivery.

2. Pre-Delivery Cancellation Only

You may cancel your order only within 2 hours of placing it (before it is processed and dispatched). After 2 hours, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel within the 2-hour window, contact us immediately at ciarenterprises@gmail.com with your order number.

3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

  • If the product arrives damaged or is the wrong item due to our mistake, please do not open/use it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
  • In such rare cases, we may offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) at our sole discretion. We will not issue refunds or accept returns.

4. Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Since we do not accept returns, there is no return shipping process.
  • Shipping charges and any taxes paid are non-refundable in all cases.

5. How to Avoid Issues

  • Please check all product details, size charts, images, and descriptions carefully before buying.
  • We strongly recommend using the Pincode Checker and reviewing the product page thoroughly.
